Astral Figurines are an event item in Astroneer, and part of the Project CHEER Delivery Event.
Source
Astral Figurines are only found around wrecked crates on the surface of 
Glacio. They start as Ice-olated Specimen before being dug up, resembling snowmen.
Uses
Astral Figurine are used to gain Recovery Points from the EXO Request Platform, giving 125 points each.
Trivia
- Astral Figurines are the only CHEER event item that is not craftable, and must be found and packaged to be sent.
