Size categories are used to categorize several items, resources, equipments, and modules. This category system is made due to many similarities between the attachment slots used by several items such as Titanium and a stack of tethers, or a research artifact and a wind turbine.

Small Tier[edit | edit source]

This tier refers to small items, Widgets, and Resources that only requires a single slot and that can be dragged around. These items are small enough to fit on the Backpack, but they can be attached almost anywhere.

Medium Tier[edit | edit source]

This tier includes larger items and modules that cannot be placed in the player’s inventory, but can still be dragged around and require 2 paired slots. Containers appropriate for this tier are the Vehicle Storage and any type of Platform.

Large Tier[edit | edit source]

This tier includes huge modules, usually buildings and vehicle attachments, that cannot be moved anywhere without special tools, and that require 4 adjacent slots to be built. Containers appropriate for this tier are Vehicles and Large Platforms only.

Effectiveness Ratio[edit | edit source]

Each ascending tier has a differentiated multiplication ratio of 2x, 4x, and 8x depending on its type and intended function; this applies to several object in particular, such as:
